Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
In the event of a later arrival, we ask that you notify us in advance by telephone.
Check-out: by 10:00 am

Pets

Dogs are allowed by previous request. We charge € 15 per dog and day without food. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the beds.

Parking

You can park free of charge in our large car park.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire house.

Smoking

Smokers are welcome to smoke outside, but it is not permitted in the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Sometimes even the best plans fall through. To ensure that you don’t have to pay the holiday costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation* please inform us in time.

Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit paid will be retained, otherwise no additional fees will be charged.
Cancellations between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellations from the 7th day up to 24 hours before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price
From 24 hours before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
