The ingredients in our cooking pots and pans are mainly local stars and regional heroes. In other words: at our hotel with half board in Dobbiaco we rely on fresh products from our neighbours and the surrounding area. A perfect ensemble with an enjoyable result: our cuisine is as down-to-earth as we are.
No frills, but honest and enjoyable food: traditional dishes that bring grandmother’s best back to life and South Tyrolean classics that surprise with a modern twist. And of course some delicacies from Ferdi’s most secret recipe books…
… you it is ready when that special scent brings you back from out in nature to the Kirchenwirt. From 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm you can let our great chefs spoil you with culinary delights. By the way: on request, we will also be happy to serve you gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan meals.
All pasta is homemade, as is most of our jam. Our honey comes from our own production and has received the gold award. We use own herbs from the hotel’s herb garden to refine the dishes. Many other products come from selected producers in the area.
